any tuxedo style displayed on our website for only $68.50.
The quality tuxedoes displayed on our site are photos of the actual
garments and accessories you will receive.

2. What exactly can I get for $68.50?
A tuxedo rental for $68.50 includes tuxedo jacket and pants of any
style, shirt of any style, a cummerbund and a bow tie, studs and
cufflinks. There will be an additional charge for any choice of
vest and shoes.

3. Do you deliver tuxedos to any location?
Tuxrentalonline will deliver your tuxedo to any address within the
48 contiguous states through UPS ground. $10.00 extra shipping fees
apply to orders for Alaska. Our carrier does not ship to Hawaii.
Shipping fee includes return shipping back to TuxRentalOnline.

4. How can I get fitted for my tuxedo?
To get fitted you should go to any tuxedo store and have an expert
give you a complimentary fitting or follow the instructions on how
to get fitted for your tux shown in our web-site.

5. When and how does the tuxedo get to me?
Your tuxedo will arrive 1-2 days before the date of your occasion.
As long as you strictly follow our shipping schedules we
guarantee on-time delivery. The tux will be shipped through UPS
to the address entered in your ordering form.

6. What happens if no one is at the location
of delivery when the UPS stops by?
UPS will perform three attempts of delivery, afterwards your package
will be taken to the nearest UPS counter and will be available for
pick up for five (5) business days.

7. How do I return my tuxedo?
Place your tuxedo in the box. Before you tape it closed, make sure
that all the garments check marked on the list are in the box and
and place the return label that you will find inside the box to the
top of the old label. Take it to your nearest UPS location on the first business
day after the date of use. Also, the return tracking number is provided in the
box for your record.

8. What if I return my tuxedo later than one
business day after the date of use?
The enclosed return shipment tag is already pre-paid for by
Tuxrentalonline. The garments are due back to our warehouse no
later than ten (10) days after the date of use. A $3.00
per day late fee will apply to any tuxedo or rented item not
delivered back to Tuxrentalonline within ten (10) days.
Please, do not forget to keep your UPS confirmation number as proof of your
return date.

9. How much will be charged for each tuxedo delivery?
Tuxedos may be delivered to any address with the 48 contiguous
states. Shipping rates vary by method.
For UPS Ground, a shipping charge of $13.00 + $2.50
handling will be added for each tuxedo ordered.
For UPS 3rd Day, a shipping charge of $29.00 + $2.50
handling will be added for each tuxedo ordered.
For UPS 2nd Day, a shipping charge of $39.00 + $2.50
handling will be added for each tuxedo ordered.
For UPS Next Day, a shipping charge of $59.00 + $2.50
handling will be added for each tuxedo ordered

10. What happens if the tuxedo doesn't fit?
As long as the time permits, Tuxrentalonline will have any garments
that do not fit re-sent to your location free of any extra charges
except for the additional cost of shipping. However, we recommend you make sure
you are sending us the right measurements to avoid extra
last-minute shipping expenses.

11. What happens if the tuxedo gets lost?
If any of our garments delivered to you get lost before you hand
the package to the UPS, the full replacement cost of all lost items
will be charged to your credit card with previous notice. However,
if the package gets lost after UPS has picked it up, as long as
you have the UPS pick up receipt, no charge will be passed on to
you, for all our packages are fully insured by UPS.

12. What should I do if my special occasion is cancelled?
Cancellations made (10) business
days before 12 am EST
prior to your occasion will be accepted but a $10.00 processing fee will be charged.
Cancellations made less than (10) business
days prior to the occasion will be charged a $20.00 processing fee and re-stocking fee.
However, if your tuxedo has already been shipped by the time you request cancellation,
the shipping amount will also be retained, besides the processing and restocking charges.
Any changes and cancellations must be done only by email.

13. I am going on a cruise and won't be able to return my tuxedo
right away. How much extra is it?
The tuxedo should be back
in our warehouse the latest, ten (10) days after the date
required in your order form. However, if you cannot return the
tuxedo by the due date, a $3.00 per day late fee will be charged.

Are your tuxedos of good quality?
The reason why we can afford renting our tuxedos for only
$68.50 is that we deliver straight from the warehouse to your home.
